Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented PHP Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications, writing clean and efficient PHP code, and working closely with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain web-based applications using PHP.
Collaborate with front-end developers and UI/UX designers to implement user-facing features.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
Work with MySQL or other relational databases.
Integrate third-party APIs and internal RESTful services.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong proficiency in PHP, including modern frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and web application development.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React (preferred).
Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills (Bonus):
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
Experience in unit testing and TDD.
